Fair play and enforcement
ZFRICA Answer & Win is built for fairness and integrity. One account per person is allowed, and device level checks may be used to prevent abuse. Attempts to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate results can lead to restriction, disqualification, forfeiture, or permanent ban.

Payout verification
Payouts may be delayed or held for review if the need arises. Winners are contacted via WhatsApp using the number on their account for payment. Live chat is used only to congratulate winners and share proof of payment. It is not a support or dispute channel.
