ZFRICA ANSWER & WIN RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Platform Overview

ZFRICA Answer & Win is a skill-based quiz and learning platform that rewards knowledge, accuracy, consistency, and smart play. Participation is completely free as the platform DOES NOT request or accept payments from users to participate.

However participation is  governed by these Rules & Regulations, which exist to ensure fairness, sustainability, and platform integrity.

Your continued use of ZFRICA Answer & Win confirms your acceptance of these Rules & Regulations as binding.

All users bear sole responsibility for reading, understanding, and complying with all materials that guide participation on ZFRICA Answer & Win, including

  • Terms of Service
  • Quiz instructions
  • Dashboard notices
  • FAQs and official updates

These materials are provided to keep users informed about how the platform works, ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all users. Ignorance of these rules or instructions does not prevent them from applying fully on the user

Note: Due to early-stage operations and limited support capacity, ZFRICA Answer & Win does not provide one-on-one or live support explanations of rules, scoring, payouts, or enforcement decisions.

Users are therefore expected to rely primarily on the published rules, instructions, and official mail correspondence for any clarification and guidance.

  1. Eligibility & Account Ownership

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each person is allowed only one Zfrica Answer & Win unique account for life. Creating or using multiple accounts, as well as any form of account sharing, impersonation, resale, or transfer, is prohibited and will be treated as a platform violation.

3.2 One Device Policy

Each account is tied to a single device. Any devices used for registration is automatically restricted from future registrations. Any attempt to bypass this control is treated as a violation.

3.3 Age & Capacity

Participants must be at least 16 years old and meet identity and payment eligibility requirements.

4.1 Bank Account Requirement

A valid Nigerian bank account is required for participation, as all eligible cash rewards are paid directly to the bank account provided during registration. The account details should reasonably correspond with the registered user. Fintech accounts like Opay, Grey, Moniepoint etc are not allowed.

4.2 Guardian or Third-Party Accounts

In limited cases, a guardian or third-party account may be used, subject to additional verification. Payments may be declined where ownership or authorization cannot be confirmed.

  1. Payout Amount Determination

ZFRICA Answer & Win determines the payout amount for each quiz across the categories per day.

The applicable reward is the amount clearly stated on the quiz instruction page before the quiz begins. By starting a quiz, users accept the stated payout.

Payout amounts may change across quizzes, days, or promotions. Previous payouts do not guarantee future rewards and do not create entitlement.

  1. Competition Day Cycle

Each competition day runs from 5:00 PM WAT to 5:00 PM WAT the following day. Leaderboard rankings at the cutoff time are final, after which results reset for the next cycle.

  1. Leaderboard Visibility

Only the top 10 participants in each category appear on the public leaderboard. All other results remain visible only on individual dashboards.

Similarly, top recent winners per category are displayed publicly on the WINNER table for transparency and promotion.

  1. Scoring & Points System

Final scores are calculated as:

Final Points = Daily Login Bonus + Referral Bonus + Quiz Score + Efficiency Bonus

8.1 Daily Login Bonus

Users earn 85 points for maintaining a daily login streak. Missing a day resets the bonus to zero. Logging in consistently restores the bonus.

8.2 Referral Bonus

Each valid referral earns 10 points. However, only 50 referral points can count toward leaderboard rankings per day. Additional referral points remain visible on the dashboard.

8.3 Quiz Score

Each correct answer earns 1 point. Where a session includes multiple quizzes, the scores are combined.

8.4 Efficiency Bonus

Efficiency Bonus is calculated automatically based on speed and accuracy using internal algorithms. While the theoretical maximum is 195 points, the bonus is system-generated and not subject to manual adjustment or dispute.

  1. Attempts & Score Replacement

Each category allows a user up to three attempts per day. Once all attempts are used, the category locks out the user until the next day.

Only users most recent attempt score is recorded on the leaderboard. Earlier attempt, even if higher, is permanently replaced.

  1. Quiz Wins & Category Restrictions

10.1 One-Time Quiz Wins

Once a user wins a specific quiz or quiz combination, that very quiz becomes unavailable to them permanently.

10.2 Category Cool-Off

After winning a category, the user must wait 24–48 hours before playing that category again.

  1. Daily Payout Limitation

A user may win multiple categories in a single day, but only one category win is eligible for payment. Where multiple wins occur, the category with the highest stated payout takes precedence.

Other wins is recorded but will not be paid.

  1. Tie-Breaker

If two or more users have the same final score, the winner is determined by earlier submission time. System timestamps are final.

  1. Session Integrity

Once a quiz starts, Minimizing or briefly leaving the quiz would trigger violation warnings and possible disciplinary actions. Intentionally exiting an active quiz may end the session and log the user out. These measures are procedural and are put in place to checkmate cheating.

  1. Fair Play & Monitoring

User performance and activity are monitored or sometimes investigated to help detect cheating, abuse, or unfair play. Where violations of platform rules or fair play standards are identified after review, appropriate action may be taken.

Such actions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Account restriction
  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Account blacklisting
  • Disqualification of results
  • Forfeiture of unpaid rewards or payouts

  1. Payout Review & Verification

All wins are provisional until verified. Payouts may be delayed or held for review. Such holds are procedural and not punitive.

Possible outcomes include:

  • Payout approval
  • Disqualification of the win
  • Account restriction or ban where misconduct is confirmed

  1. Conduct & Communication

16.1 User Conduct

Abuse, harassment, threats, intimidation, or bad-faith behaviour toward the platform or its representatives is prohibited. Such conduct may result in discretionary enforcement actions, depending on the severity and circumstances of the violation.

Actions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Account restriction
  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Account blacklisting
  • Disqualification of results
  • Forfeiture of unpaid rewards or payouts

16.2 Support & Live Chat

Due to limited support capacity, users are expected to rely on quiz instructions, FAQs, Rules & Regulations, Terms of Service or official email correspondence for any clarification or guidance.

Live chat is used only to congratulate winners and share proof of payment. It is not a support, complaint, appeal, or dispute channel. Misuse may be ignored or sanctioned.

  1. Technical Responsibility

Users are responsible for their internet connection, device condition, and playing environment. The platform is not liable for issues caused by user-side conditions.

  1. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity, fairness, and independence of the platform, the following actions are prohibited. This list is not exhaustive:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts, or manipulating devices to bypass platform limits
  • Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or AI-assisted methods to gain unfair advantage
  • Coordinated play, answer sharing, or collusion with other users
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities, loopholes, or unintended platform behaviours
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, or identity masking tools to bypass controls
  • Attempting to pressure, coerce, influence, or dictate how ZFRICA Answer & Win operates, enforces its rules, determines winners, or processes payouts, whether through threats, manipulation, public pressure, or private communication

Any attempt to interfere with platform operations or decision-making is treated as a serious violation.

Violations of this section may result in one or more enforcement actions, including but not limited to:

  • Account restriction
  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Account blacklisting
  • Disqualification of results
  • Forfeiture of unpaid rewards or payouts

  1. Forfeiture & Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, permanent bans, forfeiture of unpaid rewards, Account blacklisting. Past outcomes do not guarantee similar treatment in future cases.

  1. Platform Authority

ZFRICA Answer & Win reserves the final authority to interpret and enforce these rules. Actions may be taken against new or emerging abuses not explicitly listed. Leaderboard results and enforcement decisions are final.
