ZFRICA Answer & Win is a quiz-based learning and engagement platform designed to reward accuracy, speed, and fair competition. By accessing or participating in the platform, you agree to the terms explained below. These terms apply to all users, whether registered or unregistered, and exist to protect the fairness, transparency, and credibility of the program.

  1. GENERAL USE

By using ZFRICA Answer & Win, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that the details you provided during registration are accurate, and that you will not share your account, impersonate another user, or attempt to create duplicate or fake accounts for any purpose. You agree to use the platform responsibly and refrain from any activity that compromises fairness or the experience of others.

  1. SINGLE ACCOUNT & DEVICE MONITORING

To maintain a fair system, each person is expected to operate only one account. Device-level checks may be used to prevent abuse, and the platform may restrict devices that show suspicious or repeated account creation attempts. Users found using multiple accounts risk permanent disqualification.

  1. WINNING RULES & CATEGORY PARTICIPATION

ZFRICA Answer & Win is designed to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all players. To achieve this, a user cannot win the same quiz more than once. Once a user wins a particular or quizzes, that user becomes ineligible to win that exact quiz again. He can attempt other quizzes.

In addition, whenever a user wins a particular category, the platform places the user on a mandatory cool-off period of 24 to 48 hours for that category. This means you can continue to play freely in other categories, but you must wait before attempting new quizzes within the category you just won. This system prevents dominance and keeps daily competitions open for more players.

Furthermore, the platform does not allow a person to receive winnings from multiple categories in the same day. If your performance places you first in more than one category, you will only receive the reward from the category with the higher cash prize, while the runner-up receives the reward for the other category.

  1. PAYMENT, VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

Rewards are paid daily to valid winners who comply fully with platform rules. However, ZFRICA Answer & Win reserves the right to withhold payment whenever cheating, manipulation, or foul play is suspected. Suspicion may arise from abnormal quiz patterns, multiple accounts, VPN masking, automated answering systems, device inconsistencies, or any behaviour that appears engineered to gain unfair advantage.

In such cases, users may be required to provide proof of identity, and ZFRICA Answer & Win may request government-issued identification such as NIN Slip or NIN ID Card to confirm identity before processing any payment.

Failure to verify your identity when reasonably requested can lead to forfeiture of rewards and possible account restriction.

  1. CHEATING, MANIPULATION & ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

Any attempt to cheat, exploit the system, use bots or scripts, share answers, impersonate another user, or manipulate device behaviour will result in immediate consequences. These consequences may include temporary suspension, long-term restriction, or permanent banning from the platform. ZFRICA Answer & Win has full discretion to apply these measures based on evidence from our monitoring tools, logs, and internal review processes.

Decisions made on cheating cases are final and irreversible.

  1. PLATFORM CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All quizzes, articles, written content, designs, images, and platform elements are the exclusive property of ZFRICA. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or adapt the content without express permission. Brands that partner with the platform retain their own intellectual property but grant ZFRICA permission to convert their content into educational quiz materials.

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we strive to operate smoothly, the platform may undergo updates, maintenance, or sudden downtime. ZFRICA will not be held responsible for delays caused by network failures, banking systems, or device issues. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the platform grows.

  1. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Participation in ZFRICA Answer & Win is voluntary. The platform is provided “as is,” without guarantees. ZFRICA will not be liable for data loss, unreceived notifications, payment delays caused by third parties, or user errors. Users are responsible for maintaining stable internet connections and ensuring their own device compatibility.

  1. UPDATES TO TERMS

ZFRICA may revise or update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
