ZFRICA Answer & Win is a free, skill-based quiz and learning platform designed to reward knowledge, accuracy, consistency, and fair participation. No payment is required to register or participate on the platform, and users will never be asked to pay money in order to take part in quizzes or competitions.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using ZFRICA Answer & Win in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, together with any applicable rules, instructions, or notices displayed at the point of participation.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

  1. ELIGIBILITY & GENERAL USE

By using ZFRICA Answer & Win, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful
  • You will operate only one account
  • You will not impersonate another person or entity
  • You will use the platform responsibly and fairly

Any activity that compromises fairness, integrity, or the experience of other users is prohibited.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITY & AWARENESS

Users bear sole responsibility for understanding how the platform operates and how participation is governed. While general platform use is covered by these Terms of Service, specific quizzes, competitions, or features may be governed by additional rules and instructions displayed at the point of use.

Users are expected to review such instructions before participating. Ignorance or misunderstanding of platform rules, instructions, or disclosures does not prevent them from applying and may affect eligibility, results, or payouts.

Due to early-stage operations and limited support capacity, ZFRICA Answer & Win does not provide one-on-one live explanations of rules, scoring, payouts, or enforcement decisions.

  1. ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP & DEVICE USE

Each individual may operate only one account for life. Creating or using multiple accounts, sharing accounts, impersonation, resale, or transfer of accounts is prohibited.

Device-level monitoring may be used to prevent abuse. Devices associated with repeated or suspicious registrations may be restricted. Violations may result in account restriction, disqualification, or permanent banning.

  1. QUIZ PARTICIPATION & RULE ACCEPTANCE

Participation in any quiz or competition is subject to the Rules & Regulations and quiz-specific instructions displayed before the quiz begins.

By starting a quiz, the user confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules governing that quiz, including scoring, attempts, win limitations, and payout conditions.

  1. PAYOUT DISCLOSURE & DETERMINATION

ZFRICA Answer & Win reserves the exclusive right to determine payout amounts per quiz, category, or competition day.

The applicable payout is the amount clearly stated on the quiz instruction page before the quiz starts. By choosing to proceed, the user accepts the stated payout. Past payouts or screenshots do not create entitlement or precedent.

  1. PAYMENTS, VERIFICATION & COMMUNICATION

Cash rewards are paid to eligible winners who comply with platform rules. All wins are provisional until verification is completed.

When deemed necessary, payouts may be delayed or held for verification, review, or compliance purposes. Not all payout holds result in payment. Where violations of platform rules or fair play standards are identified, winnings may be disqualified and forfeited. Payouts on hold have no timing guarantee.

To confirm legitimacy and prevent automated or fraudulent activity, winners are contacted via WhatsApp using their registered WhatsApp number. Payment is processed after a response to the congratulatory message is received. Until a response is received, payment remains on hold.

Payments are made only to the bank details provided on the user’s account.

  1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & FAIR PLAY

Any attempt to cheat, exploit, automate, manipulate results, share answers, bypass platform controls, or interfere with platform operations is prohibited.

ZFRICA Answer & Win reserves the right to apply enforcement actions, including restriction, suspension, banning, disqualification, or forfeiture of unpaid rewards, based on internal review. Enforcement decisions are final.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All quizzes, content, designs, images, and platform elements are the exclusive property of ZFRICA. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without permission.

Partner brands retain ownership of their content while granting ZFRICA permission to adapt it into quiz-based learning formats.

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The platform may undergo maintenance, updates, or temporary downtime. ZFRICA Answer & Win is not responsible for disruptions caused by network issues, banking systems, device limitations, or third-party services.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation is voluntary. The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties. ZFRICA Answer & Win is not liable for data loss, missed notifications, third-party delays, or user-side technical issues.

  1. UPDATES TO TERMS

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. CONTACT & COMMUNICATION

Official communication may occur via our official response email (answer@zfrica.com). Live chat on Whatsapp is used only to congratulate winners and share proof of payment. It is not a support, complaint, appeal, or dispute channel.
